1. Services

We provide an online form builder and form-hosting services that let account holders create forms, collect responses, and export or integrate those responses with other systems. Features and pricing are described on our website.

2. Accounts and registration

Account holders must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on their account. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit (forms, responses). By using the Services you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services and to operate the Service (including backups and caching).

4. Respondent data and privacy

Form owners are solely responsible for the content of their forms and for obtaining any necessary consents from respondents. We may collect limited respondent metadata (device fields, optional IP-derived coarse location) and store it alongside responses to power analytics and improvements. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate laws or infringe third-party rights;
• upload malicious code or content;
• harvest personal data unlawfully;
• attempt to access other accounts or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.

6. Payment and billing

Paid features require a subscription or usage-based charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend paid features for overdue payment.

On plans with usage-based storage, storage above the included amount is charged every billing cycle for the amount stored at that time.

Each plan includes a storage limit. If your account stores more than its plan allows (for example after a cancellation or a move to a smaller plan), we will notify you and give you 30 days to upgrade or to download and delete files. After that period we may delete your oldest uploaded files until your account is within its limit. Responses that used deleted files will show those files as unavailable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or for legal reasons. Account holders can cancel their subscriptions; account deletion removes access but backups may persist for a short period.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
