About us
We think forms deserve better
Formzy is a form builder we're building from scratch to fix the tedium of clunky survey software. We're currently in private development, working with a small group of early testers before opening up.
Clarity over clutter
Every feature earns its place. We'd rather ship one thing well than five things half-finished.
Respect the respondent
A form is a request for someone's time. We design for their experience, not just the builder's.
Move deliberately
We're building carefully and testing the details before we open the doors — the small things compound.
